Community College Promise Scholarship Applications

A bill that we passed during the 2018 session, HB16 Community Colleges - Near Completer and Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship Act, went into effect in the fall.

As a result, Maryland Higher Education Commission will be accepting applications for the Community College Promise Scholarship starting in the 2019-2020 school year.
