UPDATE on I-270 and I-495 Expansion
In February 2022 I joined my Maryland General Assembly colleagues in sending a letter to the Federal Highway Administration and the Maryland Department of Transportation expressing concern over the plan to move forward with the I-495/I-270 widening managed lane project, despite the omission of important analyses in the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS).
